Hi there! 👋🏻I'm excited to connect with you on LinkedIn! Let me tell you a bit about myself. 💁🏼‍♀️I currently work as a Customer Success Coordinator at Cariloop, located in Dallas, TX. Since joining in July 2021, I've had the privilege of jointly managing a diverse book of business consisting of 42 customers with an ARR of $2.5 million. Being the lead Cariloop representative for 25% of these accounts has allowed me to build strong relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.🧡Prior to Cariloop, I was a Graduate Assistant for Student-Athlete Development at Kansas Athletics in Lawrence, KS. Being a leadership mentor for around 25 freshmen was a rewarding challenge. We dove into values exploration, life balance, and personal branding. Teaming up with coaches and staff, we created some fantastic leadership support programs for student-athletes, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. #RockChalk 🔵🔴During an internship at Ortega National Parks, I conducted a comprehensive social media audit for 97 accounts, resulting in improved performance and optimized strategies. I also led the redesign of the official website and contributed to content creation and engagement tracking.📈📊By the way, I am also a former student-athlete. I played for the Kansas Tennis team for four years, from 2015 until 2019. During that time, I achieved a number of awards while managing the demands of both training and academics. As a result, I have a strong understanding and respect for the importance of teamwork and effective communication. 🎾👟Outside of work, I am fluent in Russian, my native language, and English, which has been invaluable in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. 🤝My education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education, and Sport Management, both from the University of Kansas. 🎓I'm passionate about building meaningful connections and making a positive impact, whether through customer success, leadership development, or marketing.
