Mainly Duty:Communicate with the purchase in Minghua, including provide the customized logistic solution aim at thier requirements; Timely Quotes;Works reporting to office manager and North-East Regional Manager.◆Support towards the commercial team. Service the locally controlled customers - this being New as well as Existing - on a day to day basis;Support the sales' with all the daily works, including contact with oversea office and local supplier to find the best solution and costs, quotes sales' client and align with sales, BDMS and RDMS ensuring DSV provides the competitive solutions; Proactively provide assistance and advice to our clients - visit clients together with sales; Handling clients complaints or any major incidents;Develope the new business opportunities from the existing clients; Organized the MOM with all the sales' meeting; Works reporting to the Branch sales manager and North-East Regional manager. ◆Responsible for the operation works to all the freehand clients of Shenyang Branch. Mainly duty: Booking; Prepare and make the limited documents; Solve the problem which happening in transit; Sending pre-alert to oversea office; update the tracing report with transport information - invoice number;order number;ETD;ETA etc.; Focus on 20 clients' import and export transport arrangements under airfreight/ocean freight/railway/bulk cargo ship. ◆ carry out the tasks under the sales manager and office manager
