I am a hands on strategic leadership & management professional. Future, foresight and building future-proof strategic plans are my passions. I thrive when working together on enabling growth, shaping the ideal futures and creating a sense of direction. I have two decades of experience in strategic renewal through program and project management, building strategic foresight and strategies, restructuring operations though these processes. My experience is both from line organizations and from dozens of customer cases as a consultant. Most of my experiences have involved building digital support or software for the leadership processes involved. On top of it my personal background is in family-owned business, meaning a continuous board-level view of direction. I am a third generation family business owner in food industry. Leading a family business as an owner has taught me essentials on the key roles and responsibilities of ownership, boards and operational leaders. I have built nuanced understanding of guiding and nudging the leadership for change, crafted understanding for interpersonal relations and their impact on performance and all this has lead to a discovery that even ownership needs... leadership. In 2022 I founded Boardwalk - a service improving leadership through visualising daily leadership actions, activities and processes and coaching leaders for improvement.
