Attend weekly meetings where we hear from various women in a multitude of industries in the business world and gain an understanding of their roles and how they got to where they are today.

- Develop and refine financial forecasts- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports- Collaborate with other interns to create and pitch a new idea for the company to Senior Leadership

- Executed research reports on various MOBs across the country- Communicated my findings directly with the executive team in order to contribute additional research on their potential investments- Created a working model to assess property acquisitions based upon a wide range of criteria

- Took four classes centered around business communication, coding, business ethics, and creative design thinking, where these skills were practiced and developed- Participated in a case competition for Key Bank where we presented our final ideas to a team of top executives in the organization, earning us a spot in the top 7- Created an executive summary to show our findings and communicate them to our professors and Key Bank representatives

- Aided in creating the foundation for a city-wide conference with Cleveland's sister cities across the globe- Met with influential immigrants in the Cleveland area to listen to their stories in order to gain more resources to help others like them- Worked with the city's archives to research past relations with our sister cities
