- Directed overall strategy and managed a team of eight consultants working to increase business adoption and implementation the Women's Empowerment Principles of the UN Global Compact, which strengthen gender equality in workplaces around the globe. My team conducted field research across four countries - Turkey, Egypt, Colombia, and Chile - and developed best practices, case studies, and recommendations for the Global Compact headquarters and its 86 local country networks.

- Supported a team to develop strategy and design campaigns for a multinational consumer goods company with the goal of improving sustainability and mobilizing the public to create large-scale social and environmental impact.

- Managed a team of graduate student consultants to conduct a landscape analysis of business engagement in early childhood education initiatives, and developed case studies and investor profiles for Tomorrow's Youth Organization, a nonprofit supporting children and women entrepreneurs in the Middle East.

- Coordinated the Student Ambassador program, which included facilitating weekly meetings to engage high school and community college students in foreign policy and international affairs. - Researched and designed policy simulations for students from 24 schools around the Bay Area to participate in the WorldAffairs annual conference.

- Spearheaded research and development of the career, life, and socio-emotional skills program (CLASS) to integrate life skills and character education into Akanksha's 15 schools and 40 learning centers in Mumbai and Pune. - Collaborated on a change management process to assess needs, analyze risks and stakeholders, and develop a strategy to implement CLASS into Akanksha's curriculum, systems, and culture. - Taught 9th-11th graders in Learning to Lead, an after-school program for low-income high school students, in a range of subjects from leadership development, life skills, English literature, and social studies. Coordinated operations and volunteers for the program, and maintained relationships with sponsors, parents, and the broader community.
