After studying abroad in Florence, I worked as an intern at Kunz Glove Company from July to August. I entered purchase orders and travel tickets into their MRP programming system, as well as printed the travel tickets based on purchase orders so tickets could travel from the various parts of production: cutting, stamping, and sewing.I also invoiced shipped orders to various customers every day and recorded the invoices and sales summary in the company’s database as well as conducted quality control by inspecting finished gloves before shipping to the customer. I monitored inventory that could be matched up with a current purchase orders, responded to customer calls that were inquiring about purchase orders, and scanned and printed reports based on payroll for the past week.

During the Summer of 2014, I worked as an office manager at a family cosmetic dentistry where I scheduled patient appointments and provided reminders as needed. I also analyzed and recorded claims received from major insurance companies for services provided as well as managed ordering and disposal of supplies for practice.
