Based on user research we gain understanding of customers and users needs. In a series of collaborative workshops I facilitated the creation of a shared understanding of goals and challenges, priorities and idea generation. The experience vision connects well to the business strategy and plans and can be used to inspire further innovation.I visualize the work so everyone understands and can contribute. Using service design as tool for innovation of business ideas, find new customer segments and create understanding of how we can create more sustainable solutions.The role also includes coaching in discoveries, both UX designers and other roles, facing customer or in the development team. I strive to improve our work process and make sure we have the support needed with use of design operations frameworks. I facilitate cross team workshops and inspire collaborations.
