Hello! I'm co-director of NEO, a B2B creative agency, which I currently run with my partner, Mark Terry. Born creative collaborators, we believe the magic is in what we do together with our clients and fellow creatives.With a background in corporate communications and multi-stakeholder engagement, I've worked for regulators, professional membership associations and course providers, and in the market research sector. I currently divide my time between the business-side of things at NEO and providing fractional strategic comms consultancy and hands-on support to clients. It goes without saying that we always promise to operate in a professional manner at NEO, but it is my job (as my job title implies) to ensure we do. I'm a great believer in professionalism and good business practice. So I've made it part of my current role to manage our professional memberships and identify expert partners to work with to raise our game. Naturally, sustainability is increasingly a core consideration for businesses and so it has become for many of our clients and us as well. While NEO works with clients to help them communicate their sustainability ambitions and objectives, it is also one of my chief responsibilities to ensure we are meeting our aims to minimise our environmental impact. So, I am currently charting our way towards our Planet Mark certification. This is something that is being facilitated by our forwarding-thinking workspace provider, Fora.I have a great passion for communications and sustainability. Done well and to have real impact, both involve multi-stakeholder engagement, co-creation and collaboration. At NEO, we pride ourselves on 'getting' our clients. That's where our broad market knowledge comes in handy. We work with a range of progressive clients in financial services, asset management, SaaS, market research, management consultancy and PR. We also work with other professional services including professional course providers, membership associations and regulatory bodies.Our extensive contact book, fresh thinking and collective broad market knowledge means that we can cross-pollinate ideas, approaches and techniques to help develop even smarter creative concepts, strategies, content and campaigns. Outside of my 15+ years of delivering communications strategy, planning, consultancy and tactics for clients spanning a range of industries and sectors, both in-house and agency-side, I worked in the fabulous world of fashion in sales and distribution for designers Issey Miyake and Tracey Boyd.
