Binnen het Onwikkelbedrijf is kennis en expertise beschikbaar en organiserend vermogen om innovaties en transities te begeleiden.Als marketing communicatie adviseur geef ik advies, organiseer en zet ik marketing-communicatie op conceptueel niveau in om de doelstellingen van het Ontwikkelbedijf te behalen en het Ontwikkelbedrijf als merk en de services daarbinnen op de juiste manier te positioneren. Ik werk hierin nauw samen met de directie binnen het Ontwikkelbedrijf, de collega’s binnen het Ontwikkelbedrijf, de coördinator Communicatie en communicatiecollega’s binnen UBR. Daarnaast draag ik bij aan de positionering en het organiseren van de communicatieactiviteiten ter ondersteuning de rijksbrede Innovatie-aanpak.

As a concept developer with Sodexo I created innovative, trend-forward food concepts and formulas with a consumer-centric approach. By analyzing data drawn from inspiring internal and external insights, unmet consumer needs, opportunities and value propositions are identified and unlocked. Once deployed these concepts meet the wishes of our consumers in terms of assortment, price, engagement, sustainability and experience, while delivering profitable growth. During this period I partnered with various cross-functional team members and stakeholders to gain insights, identify new opportunity areas and create product-owership. In alignment with Sodexo’s ‘Better Tomorrow Plan’, focus is on sustainability, vitality, inclusion, wellbeing and diversity. Projects I have developed for Sodexo include a ‘The Future Food Lab’ in collaboration with Utrecht University, a ‘Food as Medicine’ themed project and a ‘Next Level Vegan’ Project.

Drunen

The key purpose of this role was to create and deliver innovative ideas and concepts in line with the commercial strategy of the company and managing these from concept to launch. Responsibilities included researching and identifying (future) customer and market needs and the marketing and testing new concepts, products and prototypes. Go-to market strategies including product roadmap, value proposition, technical & business sales, distribution and indirect sales channels enabled me to successfully market new products and services.My core tasks included:• Discover and validate consumer insights via research of consumer data • Identifying and exploring (future) market opportunities and value propositions• Develop marketing plans based upon insights and corporate strategies• Lead idea generation sessions with both internal and external stakeholders • Create, test and manage new products, services and concepts • Working closely with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget • Create campaigns that persuade retailers, partners and clients to list, co-create on and support new projects• Coaching of other team members

As a junior producer I was involved in the concept development, production and coordination of business events inland and abroad. Clients of Bruggen Verwiel for instance are; Nike, Leaseplan, Enexis, Florius, Philips, Schiphol Group and Oracle.

As a marketing coordinator at the Avila hotel I was responsible for the expansion of the Avila brand on a national and international scale and the development of innovative concepts such as the 'Avila Alibi' loyalty program.
