During my time with Insero I focused on developing the business potential from different research projects that Insero Energy was involved in. I was among others involved in the demonstration project where numerous heat pumps were installed in small villages, data had to be collected and presentation of the results.

During my employment at Energinet.dk I have participated in a number of projects from internal smaller ones to international projects and EU-projects. I have also gained experience from three different departments and worked with both operational decision support systems including wind power forecasting, marketmodeling of infrastructure investment projects and analysis of system development. I have been Energinet.dk’s coordinator of two EU projects recently in addition to driving the… Show more During my employment at Energinet.dk I have participated in a number of projects from internal smaller ones to international projects and EU-projects. I have also gained experience from three different departments and worked with both operational decision support systems including wind power forecasting, marketmodeling of infrastructure investment projects and analysis of system development. I have been Energinet.dk’s coordinator of two EU projects recently in addition to driving the development of a new intra-hour balancing model for the Danish power system. I have also been heading the system analysis work used for negotiating some infrastructure expansion projects with neighboring countries. My focus is presently to analyze necessary development of the future electricity system in order to ensure that the electricity system can be operated when goals for future wind power expansion and CO2 reductions is met. I have given numerous presentations at international conferences, seminars and workshops. I also participated in many meetings, committees and steering groups where I have been acting as discussion partner. I am authoring or co-authoring numerous publication in both Danish and English (9 international reviewed and more than 20 non-reviewed). My work primarily consisted of developing decision support system for the control center. The decision support was to a large extent based on windpower forecasts.

During my employment at Agricultural Sciences I developed a model for crop rotations based on a network algorithm. I also participated in development of system that calculated the flow of nitrogen on farms including the flow from animal production to crop production which, among others, estimated emissions and losses.
