Hello guys!!Hope you are fine and doing what is necessary.Before beginning my introduction, I would like to thank all the people who have helped me achieve whatever I am going to mention below. I would forever be grateful for their contributions to my life. I am Ninad Kasar, a leader and a problem solver, who likes to read and write about leadership, decision making, and similar.Leadership and Management have always fascinated me since childhood, starting my journey in the same by being a part of the school football team, then being the head boy to receiving multiple awards and scholarships such as the Sen scholarship for Best All-Rounder, Seniors champion boy trophy, and much more.I also like and am addressed as an "ALL-ROUNDER" by my fellow peers and colleagues.I am currently pursuing engineering in Information Technology and have completed my certifications in Leadership, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. My decision-making, communication, and ability to connect with fellow peers were recognized by the teachers of our institute, which led me to be one of the 2 Student Representatives of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, where my responsibility was and is to coordinate with the Head of Departments for solving the problems faced by the engineering students. I also hold the responsibility as the Secretary of a Rotaract club and was earlier the Community Services director in the same. I have been bestowed with the Rotractor of the year award for the year 2021-22. The responsibility as the Club Secretary and earlier- the Community Services Director has helped me enhance my leadership skills to a much more extent. Not only communication but also project planning, management, conflict resolution, reporting, etc. was and is being learned by me in this process. I am also a novice content writer who writes posts and articles on leadership, management, and similar.Also, a part of the college football team and captain of the departmental football team. It is the contributions of the people in the process and my passion for leadership and growth, that has led me to be a part of such amazing responsibilities and write on the same. Major responsibilities included:-👉Planning, 👉Executing, and👉Leading projects under Community Services.To name a couple of projects in which I was holding any one of the above responsibilities:-👉🏼Rozgaar (Project Lead)- where I along with my team initially empowered the women of a certain village on making cloth bags using clothes that we provided them, after which the cloth bags were sold in the markets, and money received after selling was provided to the women of that village. 👉🏼Aadhar (Project Planner)- where my team along with me donated various types of food grains to an orphanage by collecting the same from residents of Nashik by circulating posters. 👉🏼Reflective Collars (Project Planner)- where my team and I collared dogs that were near major accident-prone areas with reflective collars as the same would reflect and help them be detected by vehicle drivers at night. and many more projects.....

I learned from conversations with industry professionals that such programs are commonly conducted in MNCs or large corporate organizations, but are rare at the MIDC level.Motivated by this gap, I decided to initiate this program.The project focuses on engaging employees in conversations on various topics, including organizational improvement strategies, positive aspects of the organization, and enhancements in basic service availability.To ensure anonymity, names are not disclosed during these discussions, maintaining complete confidentiality of individual data entries. We employ Inferential Statistics methods, tailoring sample sizes based on the population, and our data team analyzes the gathered data to derive meaningful insights.Thus far, my team and I have successfully implemented the program in three industries, resulting in improved productivity and morale among their employees.As the data had to be anonymous, we decided to not click any pics of the conversations.
