As a full-time trainer, I provide training on various Cloud, Networking, and Infrastructure projects for Level 3 Network and Support Technicians and Level 4 Network Engineers. I deliver System & Networking programmes and create content to help learners gain key knowledge and work skills related to real-world scenarios as part of the overall apprenticeship programme. I work with the Skills coach/DLCs to support the progression and achievement of apprentices, plan and manage support to retain apprentices and ensure maximum completion of the programme.Additionally, I collaborate with internal and external Skills Coaches and Quality Improvement Consultants to ensure the learners complete their full apprenticeship framework by their planned end achievement date. I play an active role in shaping and implementing the quality of the content used in delivery with an improvement plan, including the implementation of best practices and processes while ensuring conformity to Awarding body standards. I also provide backup and support to the tutor team when required and contribute to wider team projects, particularly supporting the development of a new programme curriculum.
