I am a Partner and national Head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution, Family, Regulatory and Restructuring Teams at Hill Dickinson, working with clients nationally to resolve complex disputes through court litigation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. As well as advising commercial clients in multi party and complex contractual and fraud disputes, I have developed a private client focus specialising in probate, will and trust disputes for high net worth individuals, families and trusts and am an affiliate member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). I also advise on partnership litigation and has advised in disputes about retirement and expulsion of partners from partnerships and LLPs and enforcement of restrictive covenants. I am experienced in alternative methods of dispute resolution; mediation in particular, and have recently conducted several mediations gaining a satisfactory outcome for my clients. I also have experience in dealing with multi-party disputes, with parties and assets in several jurisdictions.I graduated from the University of Liverpool having also studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. I am Law Society Council Member for Merseyside and Past President of the Liverpool Law Society.
