• Play a key role in supporting program effectiveness and efficiency on a $110M project by providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support to the field and each functional area, including, but not limited to, contract compliance, reporting, human resources, finance, procurement, logistics, IT/comms, and security• Ensure project compliance with assigned contracts, annual work plan, and budget• Respond to operational inquiries from the field and coordinate with the Program director on program decision making• Edit project reports and other deliverables prior to client submission in compliance with organizational and contract requirements• Improve communication products, as well as project reporting and tracking, via data compilation, analysis and presentation• Negotiate and oversee U.S. subcontracts and provide support to field team for local subcontracts and procurements• Provide support to human resources and project staff with recruitment of long-term expatriate staff, as well as international consultants • Prepare client approval requests, including STTA requests; TORs/SOWs; expat, CONUS and STTA travel requests; procurement and subcontract requests, etc.• Support project invoicing and booking of project expenditures and assist with compiling ODC backup including reviewing and approving monthly field expense reports and monthly invoices• Work in collaboration with Finance team to ensure that memorandums, consultant letters, subcontracts, and purchase orders are in place where needed• Track security and vetting requirements for local vendors, subcontractors, and long-term field staff to ensure that required vetting clearances (RAM, JCCS, etc.) have been obtained and remain active
