Nina Morrison is the Sr. Vice President of Community Experience and has been with Talking Rain for more than 26 years. Morrison is responsible for creating positive good-will within the communities where Talking Rain operates. She began her career at Talking Rain in 1992 as the Event Manager, and later moved on to become the Marketing Director, followed by VP of Marketing. Prior to joining Talking Rain Morrison was the CEO/President of Emerald City Marketing, a food brokerage she opened in 1984. After graduation with a BA in Education and Child Psychology from Washington State University, she taught in the Beaverton Oregon School District. Nina has served on the board of directors for many organizations including Susan G. Komen Puget Sound Affiliate, Mercer Island Boy and Girls Club, King County Boys and Girls Club, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Mercer Island High School Lacrosse Team and the Washington State Special Olympics. She currently serves on the Seattle Children's Corporate Leadership Council, the Board of Trustees for the World Trade Center, the Washington Aisles Alliance Advisory Committee, UW Medicine Cancer Vaccine Institute Development Council and is a member of the International Women's Forum.
