Through years of mentorship and coaching, I've learned that vulnerability is one of humankind’s greatest and most misunderstood strengths. And I am on a mission to help others understand and realize the importance of vulnerability by helping leaders across the country become more vulnerable. I work with leaders to build strong connections with their teams by helping them tell their story with their whole heart, hold space for others by being present and open, and exercising the selfless act of suspending self-importance to serve others.
