Manage a team of Solutions Consultants in the Butterfly Professional Services organization

Core Responsibilities include: -Grow key accounts by maximizing product value for the client and identifying growth opportunities for Butterfly-Lead kick-off calls, ongoing check-ins, draft documentation of needs, drive goal setting, and serve as a point of contact throughout entire SaaS technical implementation, change management, training, on-boarding, and go live process-Bring internal stakeholders together to align around account progress, risks, opportunities-Conduct business reviews, product demonstrations, trainings and re-trainings as needed-Improve overall on-boarding process for new and growing clients by sharing key feedback with internal product team and best practices across accounts-Mediate between clients and organization-Serve as point of escalation for the support team to ensure overall client success
