Researched, ideated, and designed a new consumer-facing website, while tailoring the homepage, memberships page, and signup workflow to address usability issues and business goals.Redesigned a consumer-facing product including a new and improved onboarding process, user profile, membership options, social sharing component, and marketing emails.Designed a new medication workflow and screens for users to access medication pricing, ordering, delivery, and management of their prescriptions.Redesigned a doctor search feature that included new functionality to view, save, share, and set appointments with Orderly supported doctors.Other duties include UX research, conducting user interviews and testing, competitive analyses, UX writing, style guide creation, wireframing, information architecture, working with Watson – IBM’s AI platform, assisting in marketing efforts, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers.

SensientHR is a fun and easy-to-use technology that allows companies engage their employees at the workplace. My colleague and I conducted a needs assessment of SensientHR's beta product and developed a UX strategy to address pain points needing to be improved before their soft launch. Through in-depth research, usability testing, and prototyping, we redesigned SensientHR’s employee survey to improve customer retention and better facilitate qualitative feedback for managers. Additionally, we developed a new user flow in order to drive trial conversion while simultaneously delivering immediate value to customers.

Designed printed and digital collateral that included digital graphics, matrices, and flow-charts to allow team members and buyers to better understand and aid their decision making on video advertising options.

Created original artwork for a wide range of clients — from product packaging, advertising, and trade show banners to identity collateral, multi-page pieces, and web related projects. Clients included: Sosi’s Healthy Pleasures, Freeman’s Famous, Big City Burrito, St Julien Hotel & Spa, Elaine’s Toffee Company, Hammond’s Candy, and Siegel Energy Corporation.

I designed infographics, logos, business cards, advertisements, door-hangers, banners, and other printed materials for all incoming clients. I also designed printed materials and packaging for a website that is being launched as a homeowner’s resource site. Other duties have included UX research, email and landing page design, and working closely with multiple vendors.

I assisted customers in finding artist quality supplies, attended demonstrations regarding supplies sold in our store in order to provide knowledge of products to customers, product sales and customer service.

I assist the SchoolArts team at Davis Publications by creating pages, spreads, and other designs that were needed for the magazine. A colleague and I created signage and way-finding material for the newly renovated Goddard Library. We presented our final designs to head librarians, which included: A logo, directories for every floor, a hand-held map, desk signage, and bookcase signage. We worked with multiple printers and vendors in order to order, receive, and install all of the necessary material.

I was responsible for designing all postcards and other prints for exhibitions throughout the year. I worked with other team members in arranging and preparing the gallery for exhibitions, as well as hanging pieces for exhibitions.
