𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (Landed House Site)- Able to liase directly with few Top Defaulter and they paid lumpsum around RM25K+ per unit as their Housing Debt accumulated.- Work closely with Mdm Celine & Mr Rama (Building Manager), went to COB and attending AGM and meeting with MC Members.- Re-direct technical issues and complaints received from Condo-Master System to Technical Department and give resolution to any type of issues arised.

𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁- Able to decrease Defaulter List & monthly collection increases to 90% due to a regular following up all owners which with 3K+ above pending payment.

𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁1) Actively follow up for Donations & organized event during MCO and able to collect sum of money to help support Dialysis Centre, Orphanage Home & Old Folks Home.- Work closely with Ms Hazel Koh & Mr Martin Koh to increase fundraising to help the unfortunate.
