As a Registered Psychotherapist at a private practice, I have a strong passion for helping individuals of all ages improve their mental health and well-being. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy and Family Therapy, I work with clients to address a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship trauma, and school challenges. I believe that every individual has the capability to grow and make positive changes in their lives, and it is my goal to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards achieving their therapeutic goals.I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, and adults, and am committed to using evidence-based approaches to ensure the most effective treatment.
