• Through reading periodicals, including but not limited to SCI, SSCI, follow the latest academic research results in the field of my team’s research field. Based on literature analysis, propose research variables, and build an initial research model• Find the authoritative measurement tools for research variables, ensure the reliability through two-way translation; and adjust the measuring tools to suit China’s context• Data collection is carried out by measuring tools, and data is analyzed by using analysis software. The model is adjusted according to the data analysis results, and the research reports are written• Assist to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation of China; and participate in the evaluation of the innovative leadership training course of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Science and Technology Commission, and served as the deputy head of the student group.

•Participate in the operation and maintenance of the new media platform, including the official website, Weixin and Sina Weibo; assist in building the student journalist platform and participate in the design of the new media platform column•Prepare and edit news bulletins, take photos of various events•Compile the external media publicity compilation for 2015 and 2014•Proofread the official brochure for 2015/16•Participate in the proofreading of school publications
