- Acts as a subject matter expert in Pension Calculation team for US Pension benefits team.- Lead and handles team of 5 - 12 analysts.- Maintain retiree database up-to-date and accurate and assist in pension calculationbased on retiree pension plans.- Provide support in annual pension audits and implement audit recommendations.- Coordinate with employer and clients for pension calculation operations.- Assist annual pension valuations and develop compensation statements.- Analyze and resolve issues related to pension plans.- Do pension trainings in line with the US government mandated updates.- Conduct process calibrations with the counterpart.- Works with the leadership to meet the SLA required.

- Handles/managed/coach/lead a team with 12 to 30 associates in a Health Insurance US account.- Works with the associate’s career plans and progression.- Analyzing and challenging technical process initiatives to provide improvement opportunities.- Research processing issues and provides resolutions.- Conduct weekly technical reviews and calibrations.- Ensures consistent communications and best practices within the team and counterpart.- Conduct trainings with a multiple batch of new joiners in the project.- Works with various reports and project related deliverables.- Works with the leadership in inventory management and capacity planning.- Works with the leadership in process improvement and meeting SLA as desired.- Responsible for all the processors’ technical questions.- Engaged in resolving client’s escalation.- Conducts daily team huddle for process related updates.- Conducts coaching and root cause analysis with the processors as needed.- Monitor team’s quality and productivity performance and address issues if there’s any.- Performs client demo of tools and innovation.- Address trending issues and quality errors and provides action plan.- Answers provider’s inquiry, process claims and review claim’s denial.- Meet own individual target – productivity and quality and at the same time monitor team’s performance.
