As the Horizontal User Research Lead for Google Play, I spearheaded cross-functional research initiatives to develop a comprehensive global catalog of Google Play’s core critical user journeys (CUJs) and a global user segmentation for its consumer services. I led strategic collaborations across multiple teams and organizations within Google Play, ensuring that CUJs and user segmentation were seamlessly integrated into product development processes, driving a user-centered design approach and informing product strategy.

As a Staff User Researcher for Google Cloud Platform, I led user research initiatives to understand the needs and challenges of cloud users. I spearheaded research programs on e.g. User Trust, including the development of a Trust measurement scale, and Perceived Performance. A key part of my work was the collaborating with stakeholders across UX, product management, and engineering to turn insights into actionable recommendations for teams across Google Cloud Platform.

I managed comprehensive user research programs, supporting our cross-functional team with critical insights to help shape product strategy and roadmap and create powerful and safe products for our advertisers and brands.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Economics Baden-Württemberg for the project "Mädchen können das mit Links", I served as the Project Lead, planning, coordinating, and executing computer and internet classes for primary school girls across participating schools in Stuttgart. I managed two course assistants and coordinated project deliverables with other stakeholders.This experience enabled me to create engaging learning experiences that fostered digital literacy and confidence among young learners. I collaborated closely with teachers and school administrators to ensure the classes were both educational and enjoyable for all participants.
