Inside Sales Engineer
CurrentAdvanced from entry level position to lead inside sales within 4 months. Primary support for the outside sales team- maintaining 102% performance to meet individual $12M yearly sales quota. Complete commercial procedures to effectively quote/propose projects, order and ship products, and conclude return requests. Attend monthly Emerson pressure management and isolation valve training sessions to gain advanced knowledge in order to provide successful results. Mediate customer concerns and issues by problem-solving solutions suitable to their needs. Analyze piping and instrumentation diagrams to develop basic take-offs and bills of materials. Offer technical, chemical engineering, in-depth aid for customers to troubleshoot conflicts regarding product selection, specifications, field installation, site start-up, application, and safety.
