Grid110 is an economic and community development non-profit that provides mentoring/resources for early-stage entrepreneurs through free cohort-based, accelerator style programs. The goal is to activate community and help entrepreneurs realize sustainable growth paths that allow them to scale their businesses (and teams) right here in Los Angeles.

- Built, grew, and managed multiple teams including Product, UI/UX, and Client Operations. Played a critical role in the leadership and development of our tech organization.- Focused on leading teams to hit business KPIs through the development of innovative features for our customers, designers, and internal teams. - Developed product strategy; designed, managed, and led the execution of the company’s agile Product/Tech roadmap. - Provided direction and guidance on all Product and UI/UX projects, including but not limited to creating and/or reviewing wires, comps, user flows, prototypes, data, user feedback, product requirements, etc.
