From the moment I was able to walk and talk, I knew I wanted to help others in any way I could; whether it be through lending an ear, guiding clients on their fitness journey, bringing light to stories via broadcast, dispatching emergency services to the scene of a call, or most recently, overseeing staffing for [solidcore]’s coach and corporate teams. While I've been able to tap into different skill sets throughout my career journey, each role required a strong sense of urgency & strong follow-through. As a people-centric leader, I’ve always kept and continue to keep those I am serving top of mind - the client, the talent, the citizen, and currently, the job applicants and cross-functional business partners in each of the markets I oversee.
