I designed and implemented creative concepts and multi-channel campaigns together with the team. I was member of management teams responsible for agency´s operational functions, business planning anddevelopment and new customer acquisition.Before creative agencies I worked at Elisa/Radiolinja where my role was to lead digital business development and the digital team. I acquired and utilized research for understanding the market potential and consumers and build business cases to support the development. I built the digital roadmap and designed digital services.My real marketing and business development school was at Kesko/ Plussa where we planned, created and launched Plussa brand and loyalty concept to Finnish market. We created marketing and brand strategy for Plussa brand and designed Plussa loyalty concept. As a head of Plussa Marketing Unit I was responsible for operational functions and development of the Marketing unit and services.As a person I am positive, development-oriented team player. I thrive in challenging business cases as they challenge me to think differently and out of the box. And I have been told by others, my interpersonal and my emotional leadership skills have helped me to get people to thrive as well.
