Customer satisfaction level topped to teh highest level. Regained businesses from Huawei and ZTE, for 3G services. Won the largest outsourcing deal from Reliance Communications for Wireless, Wire line and Data services.In short span of 2 years created a culture of accountability and ownership within the team, received highest level of rating in the global employee satisfaction survey.
