Together we represent some 70 brands that are part of the everyday lives of most Finns. Head of a 14-person team responsible for PR, marketing and communications activities across several channels, media relations, corporate and alumni relations, career services, as well as fundraising and donor relations. Content planning and production, media contacts, budgeting and follow-up. Key role in renewing the Hanken website and in the process to formulate a new long-term strategy for the university. Nordic and international collaboration through professional networks. Main achievements: total renewal of the Hanken web site, increased number of partner companies, development and implementation of digital communication, planning and development of the Hanken Returns fundraising campaign, increased alumni engagement, re-organisation of team.

Responsibility for developing, planning and executing Vectia’s external communicatons and brand management (web, marketing, employer branding, PR, SoMe) as well as customer events. Editor in chief and writer for customer magazine. Head of administrations team of 4 persons and member of the management group. Budgeting and follow-up. Vectia was a management consultancy with a staff of 25 persons. Main focus on customer relationship management, business design, strategy, and solution business. Main achievements: total renewal of the Vectia web site, introduction of a company blog, successful marketing campaigns to increase public awareness.

Development of long-term partnership programme between Hanken and companies. My work included target market identification, development of the partnership offering and unifying the Hanken corporate offering into one programme. Main achievements: establishing a foundation for the partnership programme by involving and engaging several stakeholders.

Responsibility for Hanken’s internal and external communications (web, marketing and interest group communications, media relations) as well as alumni activities. Head of team of 6 persons.Main achievements: leading the process of renewing and developing Hanken’s brand and visual identity, initialising Hanken’s international and online marketing activities.

Initialisation, development and execution of alumni activities as well as communications towards alumni. Arrangement and coordination of alumni events. Increasing internal and external awareness. Main achievements: increased alumni engagament, developing and arranging the first annual homecoming day Hankendagen, establishing channels for alumni communication, development of alumni portal.

Planning and coordination of Hanken’s Executive MBA programme, internal and external communication, sales and marketing of new programmes, budgeting and budget follow-up, maintenance of web pages. Acting director during 2001. Development of alumni activities.Main achievements: high customer satisfaction among the participants in my MBA group, increased visibility for the programme, acting as director for the programme during a demanding situation with no director.
