With over 28 years of experience in the technology industry, I am a seasoned and successful sales leader who is passionate about delivering value to customers and driving growth for Lenovo. I have a strong background in direct sales, international sales, and sales processes, as well as an MBA in marketing and finance. I am currently the Global Sales Director for the Technology Vertical at Lenovo, where I manage a team of sales professionals across regions and segments, representing the entire Lenovo solution portfolio from PC to data center including AI solutions and services.In my current role, I leverage my expertise in strategic account management, relationship building, and solution selling to grow and develop new and existing customers in the technology sector. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion. Some of my recent achievements include securing a large contract with a leading cloud service provider, increasing the user retention rate by 25%, and winning two Chairman's Club Awards for excellence in sales performance.
