Member Experience Representative

Job duties as a Member Experience Representative include: Answering 50+ phone calls and emails per day, assisting members in a wide range of questions regarding their subscription, Bright Cellars products, or navigating the website using the following applications: Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Stay.AI (Retextion). While in this role I consistently excelled past the 20% save rate and 40 ticket solves per day that was expected of me and constantly used suggestive sales to bring in revenue. I also investigated and submitted claims for all chargebacks and developed an SOP for preventing and dealing with fraud.
