I provide Customer Support for ProfitKeeper, a franchise-specific, online accounting software. Today, we provide a variety of services, including royalty and key-performance indicator reporting, to help franchisors and franchisees manage their businesses.

Job duties as an Operates Associate include assisting Wine Concierges with any requests related to fulfillment of orders or shipping of product acting as a liaison between them and our fulfillment center and carriers, keeping track of monthly reports, and sending in claims for lost and damaged packages. Also, helping the Director of Operations and other team members within the company with time-sensitive projects using the following programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Job duties as a Member Experience Representative include: Answering 50+ phone calls and emails per day, assisting members in a wide range of questions regarding their subscription, Bright Cellars products, or navigating the website using the following applications: Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, Stay.AI (Retextion). While in this role I consistently excelled past the 20% save rate and 40 ticket solves per day that was expected of me and constantly used suggestive sales to bring in revenue. I also investigated and submitted claims for all chargebacks and developed an SOP for preventing and dealing with fraud.

My main job duties were hiring and training the dietary staff to deliver excellent customer service as well as assisting them in serving to meet the Resident’s needs. I also conducted an entrance survey to determine a resident’s likes or dislikes, kept records of all dietary requirements and preferences, and acted as liaison between family members and the Director to promptly solve any issues with a resident’s meal plan. Other duties included: weekly menu planning, creating and executing new recipes for weekly menus, and assisting the Director of Culinary Services in any other projects as needed.

Mainly I was responsible for supervising the dietary staff, managing stock, inputting monthly inventory, and writing weekly menus. I also held a monthly baking class with some of the residents and attended monthly food committee meetings.

Job Duties include preparing large quantities of baked goods, cold items, and meals for residents as well as baking specialty cakes and pastries for parties and catered events. I was also the head of the safety committee that ensured a healthy and safe work environment.

Preparing and cooking to order a variety of dishes for an upscale dining experience within the Senior Living Community as well as catering and serving at parties and holiday events.
