Manage insurance authorizations, remit payments and collect copays. Check glasses and contact lens prescriptions and orders using a lensometer. Schedule and manage appointments, keep track of inventory and assist in miscellaneous glasses repair.

Hold office hours to answer questions and guide students in learning concepts relating to the applications of microbiology and the course material. Work with the professor and other teaching assistants to grade exams, quizzes and homeworks, as well as proctor exams and quizzes.

Serve as the liaison between the students of the College of Health and Human Sciences and the Honors College. Discuss ways to improve the community of the students in the Honors College and foster connections between the various disciplinary colleges.

Examining the oxygen consumption of major muscles post-occlusion under various conditions (rest, physical activity, etc.) and its relation to overall health.Assisting in a double blind experiment to investigate the effects of drugs on microvascular oxygenation in the muscles.

Create and host events to build community between students and faculty in the Honors College.Examine different demographics and how it affects student involvement with the Honors College.
