Rudolph was born in Mortale a village in Italy now Monforte, Casalattico, in the province of Frosinone. Business is quite literally in the blood.Nina worked in senior business development and marketing roles for over 10 years. In 2009 at the age of 31, whilst working full time and looking after her four year old son, Nina founded and Chaired a not-for-profit business network (Bay of Colwyn Business Network) which is still active in North Wales and was the youngest Director and Vice Chair of North Wales Women’s Network (a not-for-profit co-operative).Nina has been a Design & Marketing Mentor with Venture Wales & Entrepreneur Action and is currently a Mentor with the Business Wales Mentoring Scheme. Nina also sits on the Industry Panel for Leadership Management Wales. In 2014 Nina was named as one of the top 25 Rising Stars in Wales Business Insider magazine.In 2010 Nina set upf2n Business Network which is an independent business networking organisation that provides business support and networking for professionals at over 200 events a year.
