About Nina Sisemore
I have over four years of experience in the power plant industry, starting off in the water treatment lab. While working in the lab, I absorbed as much knowledge as I could about operations, compliance and regulatory standards and water treatment. I am currently working as a Fuel Procurement Specialist which involves supervising the fuel procurement scalers. During my time as both a Water Treatment Lab intern and Fuel Procurement Specialist these last years, I have taken the initiative to gain experience in other areas. This includes assisting the compliance specialist in environmental compliance and health and safety. Developing my skills and competencies in environmental health and safety have been a priority for me as that is the direction I'd like to take my career. While working full-time, I am also pursuing my Master's degree in environmental science. When I am not working or writing my thesis, my favorite things to do include, hiking and exploring new places, spending time with my three dogs, playing soccer, and boxing. If you'd like to learn more about how my skills and services can be utilized for your company, please reach out via email at ninadsisemore@gmail.com
