• Act as the primary visual designer across multiple projects and brands including all web, print, packaging and brand design.• Collaborate with marketing team and serve as a critical member to strategize and implement e-commerce sales, email marketing, social media campaigns and brand strategy and execution for new products.• Front end design and regular aesthetic updates of company websites using a variety of in-house and external applications.• Photograph and retouch high quality digital images for use in print and digital design.(*sister company of Hantover, Inc.)

• Assist in the planning, layout, design and execution of marketing materials for the sales team and customers including sales flyers, product catalogs, website graphics, email marketing campaigns and trade show graphics.• Handle web image processing (COB, color correction, cropping etc.) according to company website specifications.• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of final packaged artwork to print vendors.

• Oversee all aspects of marketing and transaction management for luxury real estate sales. • Design and execute sales brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, magazine and newspaper print ads.• Plan, layout and implement email campaigns using web based software.• Work with vendors to coordinate professional photography, video and print production.• Maintain and update all websites and social media outlets.

• Assisted Partners and Controller with daily administrative duties.• Interfaced daily with Partners, clients, contractors and vendors to execute tasks.• Created and maintained all advertising medias including websites and print advertising for themarketing and sales of nationwide real estate developments.

• Provided secretarial support for Director of Sales and Business Manager. • Maintained Goldmine database with all leads generated by direct mail, phone and walk-ins.• Negotiated and executed Purchase and Sale Agreements.
