Expressphone is the Bank's phonebanking application which utilizes Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) technology which offers clients the convenience of performing monetary and non-monetary transactions including a direct link to the callcenter.Primary duties focused on UNIX system administration on Periphonics server. Work includes programming, testing and implementation of projects, tape backup duties, writes and implements scripts for everyday administration/application tasks and documents procedures. My work also involves routine on-call duty and projects for process improvement and new product implementation.Provided 24/7 support on reported production problems by investigating object definitions using Siebel Tools version 7.0.4.
