About Niña Terol

Hi! I’m Niña and I activate and enable leaders and organizations in their inclusion transformation — because I believe that inclusion is a key ingredient of sustainability and innovation.Through my company, Imaginable Impact, I work with organizational and ecosystem leaders to deepen their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work beyond government mandates and checklists, to ensure that everyone in their organizations and communities thrives. Because when women and other underserved sectors thrive in a community, everyone else does, too.Armed with experience in venture-building in the startup ecosystem, in 2023, I co-created the FoundHer™ Forum, a groundbreaking event galvanizing the Philippine startup ecosystem to advocate for investing in Filipina founders. I am also a passionate believer that when we unlock capital and resources for women building game-changing, market-shaping businesses that finally meet underserved needs, we are also unleashing the power of the trillion-dollar women-led economy. Our work with the FoundHer™ Forum earned for my co-founder and me a spot in Esquire Philippines’s Trailblazers List 2024.“Why does this mission matter so much to you?”My colorful and multi-sectoral career as a female leader and entrepreneur showed me the positive impact of empowering women entrepreneurs and leaders on different levels; and the power of working closely with governments, conglomerates, brands, investors, media, and even the academe to drive change across ecosystems.I’m also the eldest daughter of a single mom in a diverse, “Modern Family.” I was a student leader and a business leader even at a very young age, and I know that my voice matters in helping other female founders and leaders be seen, heard, and felt—in a world that can greatly benefit from our feminine leadership perspectives. If you believe that we need to build more inclusive work cultures and ecosystems, and if you need support driving that transformation for your organization, let’s connect and chat! We need as many partners and allies as we can to drive meaningful change, and I’m always open to making partnerships work for all of us.Thanks for reading until here! I’m just a DM away, and I look forward to hearing from you.Cheers from sunny Manila,Niña
