So many aspiring interior designers, like her young self, are out there just starting out. I wish I had a strong mentor when I graduated from the UCLA Architecture and Interior Design Program to help guide me. What you learn in school is extremely helpful to craft your design service. However, in the real world many of my day - to - day tasks as an interior designer were based on nothing I learned in school.This is what I want to teach and help others learn: the hands on information of what to do in the field, how to gain clients, and how to nurture those professional relationships.
