As Technical Product Manager of the Assessment team, I was responsible for guiding the iterative development of API based interactive question types, to support millions of Learners education journey. As Technical Product Manager of the Internal Apps teams I drove the development of software solutions critical to the daily operations of the company and our customers.

Snaphop APAC hosts custom branded careers portal solutions for Recruitment Agencies and CorporatesAs CTO I drove strategic direction, focusing on delivering customers more value by iteratively improving their users experience. Based on feedback, we evolved our product offering into a package that allows recruiters to self-manage many aspects of their web presence including; site branding and content, social posting and key job application features. Additionally I spearheaded the adoption of a tiered pricing model.

As the first Snaphop APAC Employee, I was integral in building the APAC business from the ground up. In this varied role I implemented 60+ mobile friendly job websites for our clients, managing all aspects of the project from kick off to go-live, and ongoing customer support. This included technical configuration (domain, JS redirects, SSL), Job board and ATS integration setup, managing UI development with offshore team, and testing. I also established and managed the companies ERP (JIRA + Confluence), CRM (Salesforce) and email (Google Apps for Business) systems and processes.

RecruitAdvantage are the makers of TurboRecruit, a product designed to help HR, People & Change teams and recruiters to better manage the entire recruitment process. In addition to my Business Analyst role at RecruitAdvantage, I took charge of Product Analyst responsibilities. I focused on prioritising work based on potential benefit/impact to the overall customer cohort. I also championed moving to a shorter iterative development cycle, to reduce code conflict risk and ship iteratively, incorporating feedback.

My role as Business Analyst involved driving the adoption of agile development processes and focusing on clearly eliciting business strategy from stakeholders and converting this into achievable objectives for the development team.
