As process Designer I was responsible for analyzing the results of operational process within our department, developing possible improvements and redesigning the involved processes. Together with management, colleagues and stakeholders outside of the department we worked on continuously improving the efficiency of the processes and developing the organization to be more flexible and future proof.My specific tasks were to gather and analyse data, engage with users , gather the requirements and pain points to formulate a concise plan on how to improve a process or solve a certain problem.

As project manager for a big business development project it was my job to translate the strategic vision for the department into a more practical plan and a plan to implement this vision into the department. I was responsible for organizing and planning of the different work items. And overall responsible of the success of the project within the given time.The projects was aimed to transform the department from a more executive oriented department to a department that was more focused on planning and organizing their partners. To accomplice this we restructured the department and added several new positions that would fill a gap between strategic plan making and execution. By involving different stakeholders within the department and other departments we where able to create the foundations of a department that is more future oriented.

In my role as business control I advised and supported management on accomplishing their KPI's though analyzing data and suggesting possible improvements.I was also active as a improvement consultant for the team business control. I developed a new job profile in which they would function more as a business partner to the business. I did this by researching what it meant to be a business partner as a business control employee and what were the requirements form the business. Next I organised different workshops with my team to formulate the role of business partner keeping the customer experience in mind and what would be necessary to accomplice that form their current position. At the end of my assignment I left the team with a new job description and a road map on how to accomplice their goal to become a business partner.

While working with clients to help them improve their organization and processes I was actively working on my own skills through training and personal coaching.

When I started my assignment at Sportbedrijf the company was recently privatized from the former department of Sports for the municipality of Rotterdam. I assisted in designing and implementing operatioanal processes for the maintenance of sport facilities and the contracting of construction partners.In my job as business support I learned a lot about what it takes to design and implement processes. I was able to facilitate different workshops with colleges within and from outside of my department to research and design an efficient process. As well as give different workshops on how to work together in the new processes.

As front office employee I was responsible for correctly handling of incoming samples for testing in the lab.After my assignment as front office employee I moved to the function of lab assistant. As lab assistant I was responsible for all the preparation work to enable the researchers to preform the tests on the samples.
