Currently, as a Global Program and Community Lead, I integrate creativity, user insights, and strategic planning to design and implement new impactful programs. My focus aligns seamlessly with the vision we have at Future Leaders, emphasizing a more proactive leadership mindset and fostering a future based in collaboration. This translates into the work I do with coordinating all of our global city programs in the Foundation, which reach all the way from Oslo to Zimbabwe. These city programs are all based on volunteering, making good systems, structure and cooperation essential. Believing in the transformative power of leadership beyond titles, I have honed experience design methodologies and marketing strategies to tailor initiatives to diverse communities. I love to interpret advanced knowledge into relatable concepts, making new theories available to everyone. In my role as the Program Lead for the Future Leaders Program in Oslo, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our gatherings. This involved careful planning and coordination to create a positive environment for 40-50 participants, allowing them to make the most of the program.Key Responsibilities:- Planning and Execution: Planning and execution of each gathering to make sure they ran efficiently and effectively.- Engaging with Hosts and Challengers: Following up hosts/challengers to keep them engaged, informed and seen before and during gatherings. - Training and Support: Providing training and support to hosts and challengers, giving them the skills and knowledge to succeed.- Feedback and Improvement: After each gathering, collecting feedback to improve and meet the participants' needs better.This role taught me essential lessons about building and leading a successful team, understanding teamwork dynamics, and how to handle challenging situations. It also deepened my understanding of self-development, leadership, and system change, and how to turn theory into practical activities for effective learning. Through training, coaching, and facilitating, I learned to stay composed and effective even in high-pressure scenarios.

Co-Founded and initiated a project called, Bobla, where we aim to promote a conscious attitude toward the importance of breaks and how they can contribute to a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. We want to establish physical spaces in cities that provide an opportunity to develop and practice tools for achieving inner peace and mindfulness. We are working towards a regenerative society, a world where we can grow and thrive in harmony with nature. A world where urban dwellers prioritize their inner wellbeing as much as their external wellbeing. We want to provide a space outside of the home which calls for you to take a breath from all the constant sound, information and thinking. A peaceful indoor oasis, so beautiful and serene that simply entering it gives peace at heart. We want to create a new normal where pockets of breaks are just as important as everything else. As a Program Coordinator for the Norwegian CERN-related research program at the Department of Physics, University of Oslo, I was right in the mix of international research action. My primary focus was supporting Norwegian research and student activities at CERN, a top-notch laboratory for particle and nuclear research in Geneva, Switzerland.My role involved juggling various tasks to keep the program running smoothly. From managing finances and procurement to coordinating with CERN's Industrial Liaison Officer, I ensured things were on track.Moreover, I was all about fostering collaboration. This meant taking care of all members of the centre. Making sure students got the most out of CERN’s student program and organizing visits that were both educational and fun. On top of that, I organized events like meetings and workshops, aiming to create a space for scientists to come together, share knowledge, and make meaningful connections. The role also played a key in promoting our program through effective communication. I designed and meticulously crafted our annual report, presenting our achievements and progress in a clear and engaging manner, both towards students but also more official readers such as the Norwegian Research Centre. Additionally, I had the exciting opportunity to design a new website, establishing a dynamic online presence for the program.All in all, being a part of this program broadened my horizons and fueled my passion for research and collaboration.

Board member and representative for Tekna Climate, a group that creates academic activity around climate and related issues. Questions such as causes of climate change, consequences and adaptation locally and globally, climate technology and other related issues within energy and the environment. My work varies between marketing, arranging seminars and creating meeting arenas for all members within Tekna Climate.

Part of the leadership development program Future Leaders Oslo during 2020/2021. The program empowers and supports the next generation of conscious leaders. The purpose is to improve self-awareness, relations to others and influence the big systems surrounding us.As a challenger, I am responsible for challenging and assuring both the participants and pioneers throughout the program. It is essential to create a feeling of security for the participants through conscious action and good communication, thus contributing to a platform where they can grow and develop themselves. The role is a fantastic experience and a unique way to gain and develop real-life leadership skills and constantly move outside the comfort zone.
