Teach Special Education K-2nd grade. Manage caseload of children on IEPs for all three grades and assess students referred for these three grades. Attend all meetings relating to each child's IEP and write their IEPs accordingly. Primary focus is teaching phonics, reading, math and behavior management skills. I am fully trained in the LiPS program for phonics, Wilson Reading program, Seeing Stars, TouchMath, Sidewalks Reading Program and Lucy Calkins Writing. Oversee and instruct all instructional assistants working with students in all three grades. As well communicate and attend weekly meetings with all teachers and specialist working with each student on my caseload.

I worked in an ELL third grade classroom. I assisted with teaching reading, writing, and mathematics. I worked with specific students who needed assistance in these areas and develop strategies to help aid them. I also was the primary instructor when the main teacher was not in class.
