In my position I am in charge of making sure that the office is adhering to our company values. In my position I oversee invoicing, scheduling, payroll, and hiring aspects of the company. I maintain a calendar for the business and for the vendors. Communication is a very important moral in our office, we strive on being able to communicate with one another in order to have honest work. It is important for me to be knowledgeable in all areas of our company to provide the best insight and advice to my team. Continuing to be creative and coming up with new strategies to be make the company more successful, is a significant goal of mine.

Rituals Salon Spa is a four million dollar company. At Rituals Salon-Spa we work in a team base environment which allows individuals to learn how to work with other in close quarters. We provide customer service to our clientele to allow them to feel like family when they enter through our doors. I have a hands on approach with the staff and clientele to provide them with stability and accountability for their needs. I am also in charge of our brides and bridal parties to coordinate their needs with our services. Each of our clients needs are important to us, and it is my responsibility to make them happy during their visit.
