She is a Certified Christian Counselor, business administrator and finance professional who enjoys making organizational vision and effectiveness a reality.Nina is the former Director of Civic Engagement for Girl Scouts of Citrus Council in Central Florida. She previously served as the Finance Manager for the Central Florida Presbytery, the regional administrative staff for member Presbyterian churches of the Presbyterian Church (USA) in Orlando, FL and surrounding counties. Continuing a personal passion for ministry leadership, Nina has also served as Director of Development & Communications at Open Door Mission - Houston.Nina was also formerly a Brand Ambassador for Hugo Boss at Saks Fifth Avenue in the Houston Galleria and a Vice President and Chief Programs Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston. Prior to that position, she was an Executive Director of The Fountain of Praise Church, one of the 30th largest churches in the nation. A 15-year banking industry veteran, Nina was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America with national retail business development responsibilities. She was also successful as Vice President of Development of Texas Southern University for five years. Nina has worked in varied ministry assignments and was a charter member of two non-denominational churches. She has enjoyed international travel on mission trips to Brazil and Africa, and tenured Board membership of the Metamorphosis Women's Empowerment Conference. Specialties: Expertise in nonprofit leadership & management. She has 15 years as a Development professional with capital campaign and grass roots fundraising experiences in higher education and nonprofits, 15 years as a commercially trained bank lending officer with expertise in affluent segment including mortgages, small business, and investments.
