• 负责用户和运力供需两侧服务体验体系搭建及策略输出：重新定义服务标准SOP，负责服务标准落地项目管理，搭建并定期监测体验指标波动，依据体验指标及可用性测试等专项体验研究洞察，输出体验优化抓手宝典，推动体验提升落地。• 负责品牌营销升级优化策略：通过对闪送及竞品的品牌健康度定期监测，洞察品牌各阶段存在的核心问题，依据品牌投放节奏，紧密联动业务方输出品牌物料前测研究、用户触媒习惯研究、广告投放效果评估，优化品牌投放物料及渠道投放策略，提升品牌认知度和好感度。• 负责用户及运力增长研究项目及策略输出：通过用户及运力画像研究、需求要素拆解、用户分享动机及裂变活动研究、流失原因研究、城市细分场景研究、运力细分及季节波动研究等专项课题，输出有效的C端用户、B端商户及企业增长策略，运力增长策略。

• Drive corporate integration strategy, brand positioning, new product development and go-to market strategy by utilizing customer profiling and buying behavior research, industry trends monitoring, competitors’ tracking and company’s own capabilities analysis. • Lead Internet Medical Care new product launch projects by working with RD, product manager, supply chain, marketing and sales department. Tracking customers’ satisfaction and improving product design through consumer insights. • Produce branding assets including brand TVC, self-sampling DNA test education video, product manual, digital content to enhance brand awareness.

• Work as the liaison between sales and product team, digging out customer requirements, prioritizing the needs of the business and driving product iteration. • Lead the primary research projects including customer buying behavior study to understand customers’ needs and decision-making chain, NPS tracking and product usability testing to get feedback of customers’ evaluations for products and services. • Lead the brand performance tracking projects including brand funnel, brand equity, brand association & image, media touch points, target audience profile study.

• Ensure timely and effective integration of 3rd party market data into internal sales performance. Support quarterly business review, mid-year review, business planning by working out regular market intelligence reports and other ad-hoc analysis required. • Provide high value actionable market insights to facilitate business decision making by working with 3rd party suppliers to conduct market research on addressable market including user attitude to products, customer journey, industry trends and key competitors. • Communicate with global and other sub country Market Intelligence team to learn about the guidance and share local best practice.
