- Acted as a liaison with the underlying broker (Interactive Broker) to effectively resolve queries including but not limited to US primary market subscription record booking, secondary market brokerage operations;- Streamlining workflow procedures on position transfers, account management, corporate action and further to follow up with system supporting from the platform production wise. - Engaged and lead in multiple projects which contributed an important role as a milestone. Collaborating and communicating with external data supports in regards of US Treasury Bills data feeding; Assisting with the setup of trade file for private equity funds as a prime broker; - Facilitated AML of brokerage account including client onboarding KYC, PEP sanction, world check; as well as ongoing CDD and EDD conduction.

- Support hedge fund client operations by conducting reconciliations, production of daily operational deliverables with agreed SLAs; - Break resolutions with investigations between brokers and clients' trade file; - Review dividends and corporate action events in regards of verification; - Act as a liaison with multiple vendors through email correspondence;- Journal entry GL booking including wire transfers as well as fees incurred from the assigned fund.
