She is Co-founder of Revive Institute and Co-founder of Homelearning Indonesia, speaker and author.Ning speaks with a lot of passion about how someone with ADHD who once suffered from emotional turbulances and struggled with her weakness in executive functioning, today become a strong and confident woman. She has demonstrated strong leadership skills and creative approach in managing solid teams of marketing, commercial, service quality and strategic planning in several multinational companies. Her last position was a Country Manager of Commercial & Quality of TNT Worldwide Express in Indonesia before she decided to pursue another dream becoming a professional coach, entrepreneur and successfully raise her two special needs children. She has written two published books in special needs parenting and homeschooling education with Gramedia publisher and now joins as the Associate Trainer of Gramedia Academy.Since 2018, she started her coaching career and currently focusing herself as an ADHD Self-mastery Coach to help individuals with ADHD harness their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and excel in various aspects of their lives.
