 Manage and lead team in executing data analysis, marketing automation and data flow to support online and offline marketing tactics.  Create and execute a comprehensive education plan to develop IBM and partner skills on all aspects of data driven marketing;  Streamline the working process between Data Strategists, digital specialist, marketing automation specialist, data management and Demand Programs Professionals to improve the working efficiency in marketing science.  Manage team resources – including all efforts related to resource planning & requirements , optimal resource, distribution, hiring; Lead and coordinate key projects including Client Contact Initiatives, Audience Governance, Predictive Analytics, marketing automation, E2E digital tactic execution, etc. Develop a communication plan to ensure Demand Program teams understand and are continuously aware of the progress and contribution of data driven marketing; Promote and spearhead marketing automation as a major transformation effort that drives enhanced results;

• Develop, document and present cross program database plan with strategic recommendations and insights that is relevant for Demand Programs teams• Lead and coordinate key database marketing projects including Client Contact Initiatives, Audience Governance, Predictive Analytics• Develop a communication plan to ensure Demand Program teams understand and are continuously aware of the progress and contribution of database marketing• Promote and spearhead marketing automation as a major transformational effort that drives enhanced results• Provide database marketing consulting and leadership to peers and clients to increase the impact and contribution of database marketing to the Demand Programs team• Spearhead analysis and reporting of historic and current marketing campaigns• Collaborate closely with the Demand Programs team to provide value add services and insights by understanding and addressing their issues and pain points in a collaborative manner• Understand and integrate disparate data sources into coherent views to provide customer-centric analyses and enable data-driven marketing program design. • Ensure the highest quality customer and market information is used in creating marketing demand programs.• Drive continual improvements in data integrity and hygiene• Collaborate across the demand program team and MM community as required to improve touch management and response management across all Programs to deliver higher demand generation ROI• Demonstrate deep understanding of campaign process and assists/manages team with campaign planning requirements, tracking and data quality. • Understands, promotes and utilizes predictive modeling in segmentation and execution efforts, and tests results to drive continuous improvement
