Roles & Responsibilities:• Responsible for Variant configuration implementation for food and grains machinery and its components.• Responsible for creating super BOM for all components as per wind-chill data provided by the global R&D team.• Responsible for designing Variant configuration master data such as Characteristics, variant class, variant tables, global dependencies (Pre-condition, selection condition, and procedures) Local dependencies (dependency nets and constraints), configuration profile, and variant pricing for both sales and purchasing as per the Buhler standard process. • Responsible for implementing change requests for an existing product received from the global engineering change management team.• Responsible for implementing best practices for day-to-day work with prior approval from Buhler global engineering manager.• Responsible for transporting all VC data from SAP to external e-commerce system hybris by using PMEVC.• Responsible for handling all the functional testing activities related to product configuration and variant prices in SAP and hybris.• Co-ordinate with Global product managers and global life cycle managers for product testing and product delivery.• Responsible for preparing and maintaining the technical documents related to product configuration and variant pricing as per the Buhler process.• Having good exposure to wind-chill as a product management tool for referring features and BOM structure about the products.• Co-ordinate with various teams like manufacturing, R&D, sales, and MDM teams for any complex issues or any quick changes implementation.• Playing the role of Scrum master by facilitating the team for day-to-day activities, daily calls, backlog management, Sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and sprint refinement.• As a Scrum master coordinated with all internal teams like the CAD team, engineering team, ATO/EqC team, and SIMBA team, as well as with all Product owners to achieve team goals.
