For network development: Control certificates in terms of network, business registration. In case of any changes, i.e: head of branch managers, business lines, branches’ places, etc., I have to immediately contact Network development Department for submitting documents in order to change business registration of branches. Directly work with Department of Planning and Investment to change HO’s business registration. Monthly review business registration status and other relating certificates. For information disclosure: Directly making reports or report to Securities and Exchange Commission, SBV when having changes which are subject to disclose under provisions of State Bank of Vietnam and other provisions of law. Ensure compliance with the regulations of information disclosure. For emulation and reward: Making proposal on reward applying for individuals and organizations of SeABank. Directly making documents and supporting business units to write achivement report, following up status of all proposals to accomplish plans. For filing and releasing documents: Directly managing Data inventory, documents-in and documents-out of BOD’s Office, releasing documents signed by BODs from email address of BOD’s Office. For clerical work: control documents-in and documents-out BOD. Translate documents/ letters to Chairman of BOD when requested. Other tasks: Supporting translations/ review translated documents when requested.
